This organization benefits all children compromised in Cobb County that depend on SAFEPATH for literally “their SAFEPATH out of any situation”
For years, I have created original art pieces depicting children from the back view! I was inspired to create children from this view because all folks can relate to that image… it could be the son/daughter or grandkids or sister and brother… from the back… a lot of beautiful children look so similar as they are walking away from that particular scene; therefore, at the once-a-year major event for SAFEPATH- “THE GALA”… the audience will bid on the piece and all the funds to support this amazing one-of-a-kind evening FROM MY ART… go to SAFEPATH!
I encourage all I know to send me images of their loved ones from the back view and I then create the piece for SAFEPATH! What a privilege to help in this way! As I always mention on my website: my art talent is a Gift from God for THIS LIFETIME… and I will not return that void to HIM!
SAFEPATH, the Children’s Advocacy Center
SAFEPATH, the Children’s Advocacy Center, here in Cobb County, is truly an outstanding and hearfelt cause with which to be involved! I created this painting, an innocent little girl who could be anyone’s child…we all can relate! The title is “Innocent Flower .”
The Safepath Gala is a yearly event to raise funds and awareness of the huge problem of child abuse. I think eveyone in Cobb County government was at this event…it was like watching the Marietta Daily Journal come to life in one room! Such an honor to participate! Here we are with our esteemed Governor Nathan Deal and his wife Sandra. Sandra was the honoree and recognized for her amazing efforts for the victims of child abuse. What an incredible First Lady she was!
